Grey’s Exim Private Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) is an unlisted private, non-government company limited by shares, incorporated on 25.02.2005 under the provisions of the Companies Act, and bearing Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U51909MH2005PTC151601. The registered office of the Corporate Debtor is situated at A/2 309, Shahs & Nahar Ind Estdhanraj Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400013. The Corporate Debtor presently has an its authorized share capital of Rs. 500,00,000 (Rupees Five Crores Only.) and its paid-up capital of Rs. 4,27,41,000(Rupees Four Crores Twenty-Seven Lakhs and Fourty One Thousand Only). The Corporate Debtor is engaged in the business of textile designing and manufacturing of readymade kinds and women’s wear clothes. The company sells its finished goods as exports and also in domestic markets.

The Liquidation Process in respect of the Corporate Debtor was commenced vide Order dated 01.04.2026 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench in IA(IBC)(LIQ)/26(MB)2026 in C.P. (IB)/255(MB)/2020, and the intimation of the said Order was received on 09.04.2026. Pursuant to the aforesaid Order, IP Mr. Jayant Prabhakar Pimpalgaonkar, an Insolvency Professional bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/IPA-ICAI-N-00472/2025-2026/14575, has been appointed as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor.
